  Salva Hotpoint provides two means of production. 
1 Bake off for part-baked product, requiring an oven only.
2 Bake off for for frozen raw product requiring the use of a proving cabinet prior to baking.

Therefore, to best suit your needs, ovens can be supplied with or without proving cabinets.

 
  Whichever option you choose, Salva Kwik-co and Labe Trans Series ovens provide a perfect bake every time, and if you choose to bake off raw product, an optimum proving is guaranteed.
Hotpoint Systems are designed for operation in full view of customers. They comprise various elements and units of varying sizes, allowing you to adapt the system to your specific requirements. Where a proving cabinet is not required, product can be conveniently and tidily arranged on a tray unit beneath the oven, without taking up additional floor space.
