2 Bake off for for frozen raw product requiring the use of a proving cabinet
prior to baking.
Therefore, to best suit your needs, ovens can be supplied with or without
proving cabinets. |

Where a proving cabinet is
not required, product can be
conveniently and tidily arranged
on a tray unit beneath the
