Apart from the Kwik-co
Basic, all Kwik-co ovens can be supplied with one of three
options detailed below, allowing the
end-user to save time and trouble by
putting technology to work. |

• Bake Temperature

• Initial Steam Time
Up to eight bakes can be programmed
with different setting values appropriate
to the product being produced. The
microprocessor allows settings to
be altered during operation, without
affecting the pre-set programme. |

Up to fifty programmes can be stored
with each having up to five baking
