Full lines and individual machines by Swedish Manufacturer Glimek are the result of over 50 years of experience of developing, manufacturing and supplying breadplants for all types of bakery worldwide. Glimek's philosophy has always been to work closely with the dealer and end-user in order to produce flexible breadplant with high capacity, ease of use and maximum efficiency.

Throughout the UK,  lines are in use by major supermarket groups and bulk manufacturers, and many independent bakers, for whom quality is a watchword, are taking advantage of single machines.

Cup Elevator CE 100I

The Glimek Cup Elevator CE 100I is an elevator for  linking a cone rounder with a moulder type MO-100 or MO-671. 

   
  INFEED HOPPER   SAFETY
The infeed hopper at the bottom of the elevator guides the dough piece into an empty cup.
The machine has covers for all movable parts.
  TIMING   ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The timing of each dough piece is photocell controlled. Steps one cup for each dough piece falling into the infeed hopper.
The Elevator has a centrally placed electrical cabinet with on and off buttons.
  CONVEYOR BELT   LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
The conveyor belt, 200 mm wide has riveted cups on every 300 mm. Detachable synthetic cup cloths for easy cleaning or change.
All bearings are lubricated for life.
  DRIVE   TECHNICAL DATA
The machine is powered by a gear-motor.

up to 1800 dough pieces/hour

The Glimek CE 300 is a step-by-step elevator for lifting up dough pieces i.e. from the Cone Rounder to the Intermediate Conveyor Prover.

The electrical cabinet, intended for wallmounting, has motor protectors for both elevator and prover conveyor. On and off buttons are located outside the cabinet. There is also a button for emptying the elevator when the last dough piece has fallen into the elevator. When the button is pressed, the elevator empties the cups step by step .
  CONVEYOR BELT   LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
The conveyor belt, 200 mm wide has riveted cups on every 300 mm. Detachable synthetic cup cloths for easy cleaning or change.

The Glimek Cup Elevator CE 400 is a vertical step-by-step elevator for lifting up dough pieces e.g. from the Cone Rounder to the Intermediate Conveyor Prover.

The Glimek Cup Elevator CE 500 is a step-by-step chain-elevator for lifting up dough pieces i.e. from the Cone Rounder to the Intermediate Conveyor Prover. A heavy duty elevator for use in the medium-sized or industrial bakeries.
