Hydraulic Dough Divider HD

The Glimek HD is a semi-automatic hydraulic dough divider for dividing dough into equal pieces. The circular 470 mm chamber spreads the dough ensuring a regular dough weight and reduced compression so avoiding damage to the dough structure.

   
  FRAME & COVERS   DIVIDING HEAD
The machine body is varnished white with the safety bar and side covers being made from stainless steel. The machine is movable on castors.
The machine is supplied with a hinged aluminium lid with lock. The chamber and base plate are made from cast iron and the cutting blades are made from 3 mm stainless steel.
