Moulder MO-671

Moulder MO-671

The Glimek MO-671 is an outstandingly flexible moulder for all types of dough handling in medium-sized and small-sized bakeries.

Normally used for tinned bread and bloomers, it can be used for the production of small hot dog rolls as well as baguettes and French sticks. Simple removal of the curling chain with an increase in the height of the pressure board allows the pinning out of burger buns.

  INFEED   SIDE GUIDES
The stainless steel hopper with centring flaps feeds the dough pieces through a transparent hood into the centre of the moulding head rollers.
The side guides are suspended by two lateral bars and do not go outside the machine frames. The working width is adjusted on a scale which indicates the distance between the side guides in cm.
  MOULDING HEAD   DRIVE
Two pairs of 400 mm wide adjustable pressure rollers ensures the desired dough-piece thickness. The rollers and the spring loaded scraper knifes are made of food graded plastic material.
The machine is powered by a gear-motor which drives the moulding head and belt via chain transmissions.
  CURLING NET   ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The stainless steel curling net guarantees a tightly rolled dough piece.
Electrical security switches on all removable panels. The connection box has thermal overload protection for the motor. On and off buttons are located on the front side of the moulding head easy to reach from both sides without bending.
  MOULDING BELT   HANDLING & CLEANING
The 690 mm wide moulding belt of polyester/cotton suits all types of dough.
Stainless steel panels and smooth surfaces ensures easy cleaning. The machine is movable on lockable wheels.
  PRESSURE BOARD   LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
The moulding belt drives the dough piece under the pressure board in food graded plastic material. The pressure board is 650 mm wide and 1100 mm long, with two wedges. It is foldable and can be locked in upright position for easy cleaning. The height is easily adjustable, within 1 mm
All bearings are lubricated for life. Chain transmission only needs regular oiling and check control.
