Glimek's philosophy has always been to work closely with the dealer and end-user in order to produce flexible breadplant with high capacity, ease of use and maximum efficiency.

Throughout the UK,  lines are in use by major supermarket groups and bulk manufacturers, and many independent bakers, for whom quality is a watchword, are taking advantage of single machines.

Intermediate Pocket Prover IPP-300

The Glimek IPP-300 is the first prover constructed in modular form that can be adjusted for all types of bakeries. Maximum capacity is 3000 pcs/hour. Depending on capacity, different types of infeed systems can be offered, such as a single infeed hopper, single infeed conveyor or double infeed conveyor. The resting time is set to the customer’s requirement by choosing the correct number of effective pockets. The swings come with 6, 8 or 10 pockets as standard. 

   
  CONSTRUCTION   TRANSFER & OUTFEED BOX
The prover is constructed in modular form with a solid frame of square section steel profiles. The number of effective swings regulates the number of additional modules. An extension raising module optimises use of the height in the bakery for increased capacity. The pockets in the swings hang in an endless linked chain.
The entire transfer and outfeed box is Teflon coated as standard. The outfeed hatches are made of food grade approved plastic. The possibility of lessening the proving time by opening an earlier hatch, or prolonging the resting time by placing the hatches for continuous transfer, allows a very flexible rest time, suitable for the demands of each individual customer. A reversible outfeed conveyor, designed to be placed under the outfeed box, is available as an extra.
  PANELS & WINDOWS   DRIVE
Stainless steel covers, with keyhole openings for efficient cleaning, are standard. Sliding windows in smoke-coloured polycarbonate are equipped with safety switches. The side plates on the upper part are also fitted with smoke-coloured polycarbonate panels.
The prover is powered via a worm gear motor with a simple and easy to access friction hub and chain transmission as standard. The prover can also be equipped (as an extra) with a frequency motor for variable speed. The double infeed version can only be equipped with variable speed and the single infeed hopper only comes with intermittent drive.
  SWINGS & POCKETS   ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The swings have rectangular pockets made of a special type of nylon mesh with non-stick surface for the dough pieces. The pockets are easy to remove for cleaning or changing. Weight sizes for the pockets are 100 - 1500 grams. Also available with pockets for up to 2000 grams.
The electrical box is easily accessible on the side of the prover; with motor overload protection and a relay as protection against incorrect direction of rotation. A built in ventilation fan is placed in the upper parts. A separate control panel, to be placed in accordance with the customer’s wishes can also be ordered.
  INFEED   TECHNICAL DATA
The infeed system is available in 3 versions/styles:
• Single infeed hopper with photocell for intermittent drive with a capacity for up to 1200 pcs/hour.
• Single infeed, index counting for continuous drive for up to 1800 pcs/hour.
• Double infeed, index counting, for continuous drive for up to 3000 pcs/hour.

Single infeed is placed on the front left-hand side  as standard. Other infeed possibilities are available as extras. The double infeed is placed in the front middle.
