Full
lines and individual machines by
Swedish Manufacturer Glimek are the
result of over 50 years of experience
of developing, manufacturing and
supplying breadplants for all types
of bakery worldwide. Glimek's philosophy
has always been to work closely with
the dealer and end-user in order
to produce flexible breadplant with
high capacity, ease of use and maximum
efficiency.
Throughout the UK, lines are
in use by major supermarket groups
and bulk manufacturers, and many
independent bakers, for whom quality
is a watchword, are taking advantage
of single machines.
A complete Glimek Breadplant and
a Fortuna Rollplant are available

2 Pocket Fully Automatic Roll
Plant
Designed for round rolls (or long
rolls by means of an attachment
available as an accessory), the
Model KM allows dough to retain
it's structure by particularly
gentle handling, producing a hand
finished quality even with the
stickiest of doughs.
Dough pieces are laid in 2 rows
on a wide belt, or optionally on
a spreader belt with the closure
facing downwards.
Dough feeding through the hopper
(10 - 12 kg dough capacity) is
easily achieved by means of a forced
intake which neither over presses
the dough nor forms strands.
Easily movable on castors, the
side belt folds up for simple relocation
and storage.

Multi Purpose Roll Plant
With a choice of 4, 5 or 6 row configurations,
up to 25 kg dough can be fed into
the unit at a time, with piece weight
being adjusted exactly and easily
by use of a hand-wheel. As with the
machine above, the dough is very
carefully handled providing the ideal
conditions for optimum product.
The softest and stickiest doughs
detach from the drum without the
addition of extra flour ensuring
full dough usage and assisting with
the general cleaning and maintenance
of the machine.
While the standard working direction
of the machine is right to left,
it can be supplied in a left to right
version. |
