Full lines and individual machines by Swedish Manufacturer Glimek are the result of over 50 years of experience of developing, manufacturing and supplying breadplants for all types of bakery worldwide. Glimek's philosophy has always been to work closely with the dealer and end-user in order to produce flexible breadplant with high capacity, ease of use and maximum efficiency.

Throughout the UK,  lines are in use by major supermarket groups and bulk manufacturers, and many independent bakers, for whom quality is a watchword, are taking advantage of single machines.

Cone Rounder BR-300

 
Cone Rounder CR-260 (GM)

The Glimek CR-260 is a conical dough rounder designed for a wide range of products. Fixed tracks that can be adjusted for different weight ranges gives optimum dough piece rounding both in hard and soft doughs.

  FRAME   ROUNDING TRACKS
Frame of square section profiles with stainless steel panels front and back. Four wheels, two of them lockable, ensure easy cleaning and maintenance.
Rounding tracks with fixed base-plates and adjustable tracks in aluminium. The laminated base-plates in food approved plastic are machine fitted to the cone for minimum dough loss. Adjustable rounding tracks with Glim-Metallic Teflon coating ensure ultimate rounding within desired weight range. Rounding length up to 4.0 m.
  ROUNDING CONE   DRIVE
Cast-iron cone with grooves, and as an option Glim-Metallic Teflon coating suitable for soft and sticky dough
Drive motor with soft start drive is fitted in the base. Transmission with double V-belts. All bearings are greased for life. Variable cone speed via frequency converter as an option to optimise rounding of very soft or sticky dough.

The Glimek CR-310 conical rounder is designed for a wide range of products. Patented adjustable rounding tracks gives optimum dough piece rounding. Excellent for pre-rounding as well as final round moulding. Designed to meet the requirements of today's bakers with flexibility regarding products, weight range and capacity combined with reliability and long working life. The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with valid CE standards.

Belt Rounder BR-300   Belt Rounder BR-300

The Glimek BR-300 is a rounder specially suitable for dough with high content of rye. The machine is adjustable both in width and speed for optimum rounding of different dough types and sizes. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with valid CE standards.

Electrical flour duster to be mounted on inlet or outlet end.

   
  FRAME   ROUNDING TRACKS
Frame of square section profiles with stainless steel panels. Four wheels, all of them lockable ensures easy cleaning and maintenance.
There are a many setting possibilities. Width/angle is adjustable with the assistance of hand wheels on both sides and the convex rounding is adjustable with four hand wheels on top of the machine. The whole machine can be adjusted in height and angle for different set ups.
  ROUNDING CONE   DRIVE
The machine has two belts forming an angle with each other. One belt is going fast in one direction and the other belt, which has variable speed, goes slowly in the other direction.
The machine has two separate gear motors with V-belt transmission, one with variable speed.
