"HEAT SAVER"
ELECTRIC SCONE PLATES

Scobie Heat Saver Electric Scone-plates are supplied in two forms. The standard mild steel top, machined for smoothness to give distortion-free baking and the highly polished chrome plated top.

The chrome skin reduces heat loss by containing the heat at surface level, thus achieving a cooler working environment and giving a saving on running costs.

The scone-plate is mounted on a square tubular frame manufactured from stainless steel, nylon castors are fitted to the rear legs with adjustable feet to the front legs, thus producing the optimum level working height.
