Shorter and more effective roasting times: Double rotation of moving air and product increases the rotation speed allowing a uniform heat which prevents the product from burning leaving it tender and perfectly cooked, with optimal energy use. Infrared radiation keeps the product perfectly roasted and crisp, and at the same time prevents it from drying out.

Virtually complete elimination of roasting smells: Two reinforced glass doors prevent cooking odours from seeping out, thus eliminating the need for extraction canopies. The doors allow easy access from both sides, enabling production and restaurant staff to use the unit's capabilities fully, also allowing the roasting product to be prominently displayed to customers.

Full rotisserie control: Built in digital electronics allow a precise check to be kept on roasting times and temperatures, providing a complete schedule for all stages and automatic switch on times.

Available accessories for the rotisseries include chicken baskets, turkey spits and heated display cabinets.
