The Salva Water Chiller,
expressly designed for use in the
small to medium sized bakery, is
suitable for a variety of purposes,
but particularly for ensuring that
dough is at the optimum temperature
for mixing.
With a galvanised sheet metal exterior,
including a removable cover, the
interior is of stainless steel, as
is the cooling coil. The insulation
is injected polyurethane.
Chiller settings are provided by
a digital electronic control system
and there is an external display
to indicate water level.
The unit is single phase. |
