Salva Water Chiller

 

The Salva Water Chiller, expressly designed for use in the small to medium sized bakery, is suitable for a variety of purposes, but particularly for ensuring that dough is at the optimum temperature for mixing.

With a galvanised sheet metal exterior, including a removable cover, the interior is of stainless steel, as is the cooling coil. The insulation is injected polyurethane.

Chiller settings are provided by a digital electronic control system and there is an external display to indicate water level.

The unit is single phase.

Water Chiller Water Meter   The Salva Water Chiller can also be supplied with a Water Meter.

Featuring an electronic preselector, the unit is fitted with a 230v. ¾" valve suitable for pressures from 10atm. and comes complete with filter. Other outlet diameters are available on request.

Operable in automatic or manual mode, the unit measures 220 x 170 x 100 mm.
