Scobie Mcintosh Bakery Engineers Limited
Double Force Series

Whether it be a craft baker mixing small batches of dough for a variety of different products, a manufacturer whose specific products need a specialist machine, or a bulk producer requiring a sophisticated automatic mixing line, Scobie & McIntosh (Bakery Engineers) Ltd have the required technology.

> Fixed and removable bowl spiral mixers
> Specialist Spiral Mixers
> Industrial High Speed Planetary Mixers
> Planetary Mixers from 10 litres upwards
> Fully Automated Mixing Plants

As each mixer or mixing plant is supplied to take into account the particularly unique products and production schedules of the customer, the craft baker's skills with a single mixer can be replicated in a fully automatic, continuous system, with results indistinguishable from traditional mixing methods.

The range of Spiral Mixers supplied by Scobie & McIntosh (Bakery Engineers) Ltd is one of the widest and most adaptable ranges around. With each bakery operation having very specific needs with regard to output, available space and product, our range covers almost every eventuality.

Mixing of virtually every type of dough from specialist doughs to conventional British doughs can benefit from the gentle action of spiral mixing.

INTENSIVE SPIRAL MIXERS REDUCING MIXING TIME BY UP TO 50%!

Double Force Mixers by Sancassiano have characteristics analogous to single spiral models. With the same gentle action as a single spiral mixer providing an equivalent degree of dough development, they halve the mix time with no increase in final dough temperature. This is a valuable feature at industrial level where increasing the productivity of the machine leads to direct savings.

Like single spiral mixers, Double Force Mixers can become the basis for automated systems including linear robot systems or carousels.

By introducing an automatic carrier to the removable bowl, and an automatic tipping system, the heavy work of transferring the dough to the bowl, and the potential risk area for industrial injury is removed.

The whole unit can be fitted into a very small area, freeing up valuable space in the bakery. The tipping height can be built to suit particular needs and transfer to a full line can be achieved.
