As each mixer or mixing plant is supplied to take into account the particularly unique products and production schedules of the customer, the craft baker's skills with a single mixer can be replicated in a fully automatic, continuous system, with results indistinguishable from traditional mixing methods.

     

Series ERT

  SERIES ERT

Features: hydraulic tilter for table or transfer discharging. Frontal (ERT-F) or side (ERT-L) tilting directions. Tilting height lower than 1100 mm. ( specify tilting side, right or left at order). Tilting by hold-to-run control. Maximal capacity: bowl for 250 kg dough.

Tilter ERT-F/Tilter ERT-L

Options available on request:

1. Special execution with 4 stainless steel feet elevating the machine 60 mm from the ground

2. Special execution for discharging height lower than 500 mm (two hydraulic cylinder for tilting). NOT AVAILABLE FOR ERT-L (with side discharging)

3. Special execution for bowl discharging with capacity over 300 Kg. dough. NOT AVAILABLE FOR ERT-L (with side discharging)

4. Stainless steel safety cages and automatic tilting cycle (it is not necessary to hold the lift/descent pressed.). 5. Automatic bowl rotation and scraping system during discharging, complete of safety cages and automatic tilting cycle.

6. Special hooking system for removable trolleys tilting differently from Sancassiano models.

     
Series ER1-OB   SERIES ER1 - OB

Features: single arm, oblique elevator-tilter. Screw lifting system, for bowl up to 250 kg dough. Tilting by hold-to-run control with tipping height up to 1200 mm. Automatic tipping cycle and safety stainless steel cages in conformity with the safety norms for tipping eight over 1200 mm.

• Elevator-tilter ER 1 - OB - tipping height up to 1200 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER 1 - OB - tipping height up to 1700 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER 1 - OB - tipping height up to 2400 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER 1 - OB - tipping height up to 2800 mm.

     
Series ER2   SERIES ER2

Features: Heavy duty elevator with two arms and double lifting screw acted by and two synchronised motors. Patented tilting system. Greasing and lubrication system. Safety stainless steel cages (in conformity with the safety norms). Double entrance door.

• Elevator-tilter ER2 - tipping height up to 1200 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER2 - tipping height up to 1800 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER2 - tipping height up to 2400 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER2 - tipping height up to 2800 mm.
• Elevator-tilter ER2 - tipping height up to 3200 mm.
