Global Force Mixing System
Global Force Concept The new GLOBAL FORCE CONCEPT patented by Sancassiano is a stationary spiral mixer with a unique no-rotating bowl and featuring an automatic discharging device for feeding the production lie. A large  spiral tool, working against the entire surface of the bowl , kneads the entire mass of dough, in contrast to traditional vertical kneaders where the product is brought under the mixing tool by the rotation of the bowl. The finished dough is pushed out by the downward force exerted by the spiral tool through an outlet on the bottom of the bowl. It is then conveyed to the line by a compact system of parallel belts. This "global approach" patented all over the world allows significant advantages.

Because the bowl is static it can be refrigerated, avoiding the economic and ecological aspects of CO2. A remarkably reduced mixing time enables a high productivity with smaller, more frequent and fresher batches of dough on the lines - and in a small footprint. An extremely sturdy structure weds the dough development quality of spiral mixers with the mechanical strength more commonly associated with horizontal mixers. The PLC Control and completely automatic discharging are rare in such a compact machine within its price range. A compact double-belt system feeds the lines, avoiding the need for elevators, unless the dough is sticky, where discharge would be into a container and elevation and tipping would be required.
