| SE
Series Removable Bowl
Spiral Mixers have a design concept
different to that of most other spiral
mixers. Since the degree of dough development
is in proportion to the contact between
the spiral tool and the surface of
the bowl, in the SE Series Sancassiano
have maximised that contact surface
by adding a rotating centre post to
the spiral mixer. The final result
is a more efficiently kneaded dough
with optimum gluten development. The
SE Series are universal mixers capable
of processing a variety of doughs,
e.g. baguette, ciabatta, pizza, panettone
etc. |
