SE Series Removable Bowl Spiral Mixers have a design concept different to that of most other spiral mixers. Since the degree of dough development is in proportion to the contact between the spiral tool and the surface of the bowl, in the SE Series Sancassiano have maximised that contact surface by adding a rotating centre post to the spiral mixer. The final result is a more efficiently kneaded dough with optimum gluten development. The SE Series are universal mixers capable of processing a variety of doughs, e.g. baguette, ciabatta, pizza, panettone etc.

Features: steel structure - two-speed automatic cycle by timers - stainless steel spiral and bowl - spiral driving by belts - automatic hydraulic hooking system of bowl trolley (at the connection in the base) and automatic descent start of the head, head descent completion by hold-to-run control. At mixing end automatic bowl trolley release and head rise by hydraulic unit and independent motorization - bowl 's drive by friction wheel - stainless steel dust tight bowl cover - control panel fixed on left side of mixer bodywork. Extra bowl trolleys available for all models.

Options for the SE Series include infinitely variable speed, final dough control by CO2 injection, dough temperature indicator and bowl scraper.

Linear and revolving carousel systems are available for complete and customised solutions to mixing room automation.
