Twin arm mixing technology involves lifting part of the dough with one arm, compressing it and then stretching it again. This simulates the traditional manual action of the baker working at a table and preserves the integrity of the ingredients and the final product. Twin arm mixers can also be used outside the bakery industry for the production of certain cheeses such as mozzarella. Also available in a fixed bowl version.

SERIES BTE 120-400

Features:

steel structure - rising head by hydraulic cylinder - bowl acted by friction wheel - automatic hydraulic hooking system of bowl trolley (at the connection in the base) and automatic descent start of the head, head descent completion by hold-to-run control - automatic release of the trolley and rising of the head at the end of the kneading process - stainless steel dust tight safety guard - single block kneading arms in stainless steel - stainless steel bowl - electric and operating panel separated from the mixer and fixed on the machine side.
