Salva Modular Deck Oven  

Salva Modular Deck Ovens are designed to accommodate your present and future needs. Suitable for an extensive range of products including most types of bread, pizzas and confectionery, they can also prove ideal for wider applications such as roasts or fast food. 

Any output capacity is possible as the number of decks can simply be increased if production levels rise.

With a variety of crown heights from 150 - 250 mm, special pizza decks and programmable steam control all available, what could be more flexible than a Salva Modular Deck Oven?

Models can be supplied with an underbuilt prover or on legs with a supporting plate between them. Castors are also available.

 
Electronic power control ensures maximum temperature accuracy and the Energy Saver feature can be used when two or more modules are active. This is achieved by alternating the heating of the modules so that all remain at the required temperature. This avoids surges in energy consumption and consequently has cost benefits. Independant Control Panel
 

Each deck module has an independent control panel consisting of:-

• On/off switch
• Digital temperature readout
• Power controls for top, bottom and front heating elements
• Bake timer
• Timer start and stop switches
• Safety fuse

 
Where steam is chosen as an option (only available for 250 mm crown decks), the additional controls are:-
On/Off Switch (for steam)
Adjustable pressure regulator
 
Steam injection keypad
Steam generator for each applicable module
     
Pizza Production
  For perfect pizza production, these 15 cm decks available for certain models are reinforced with greater power and ceramic stone soles. We are also able to supply outstandingly priced compact single deck pizza ovens.
