Revent  624 Double Rack Bakery Oven  

The Revent 624 Double Rack Bakery Oven has all the standard features of Revent rack ovens  (see main rack oven page for details).

Revent Rack Ovens are also suitable for food regeneration purposes.

The Model 624 Rack Oven takes 2 single racks 457 mm x 762mm or 1 double rack 750mm x 1000mm.

Compact Cross Line Heat Exchanger has tubular array for increased thermal efficiency. 4 different steel materials correspond to temperature values within the heat exchanger.

The counterbalanced overhead rack device is completely maintenance free and the flush floor is hygienic and enables smooth access.

Available as electrical, gas (stack fan required) or oil powered.

Installation requirements: the oven must be installed on a level non-combustible floor. It may be installed flush against any wall - only the front and top need to be left open for access. The space above the oven must be well ventilated and the temperature must not exceed 50°C in order to avoid damage to electrical components
