TC1 Triple Combination Ovens are specifically engineered to give professional results in cooking food, combination hot air/steaming and baking. With their capacity of up to 25 2/1 gastronorm containers (up to 1,200 meal portions at a time!), they are ideal for bulk and institutional catering where a high capacity combination oven is needed including airline service operations or banqueting. Low air velocity combined with large air volume ensures minimal product dehydration. Unlike other combi ovens which can give a very sporadic result when baking dough based products, as you would expect from an oven engineered by Revent, baking quality is of the usual superlative standard. In fact, where bakers need extra steam capacity, for instance for steamed pudding production, the TC1 is the perfect solution.

If steam capacity is not required or is minimal, for applications such as baking or simple food regeneration, the Revent Model 626 Single Rack Oven may be more suitable

  Gastronorm Pans for the TC1 Oven are available in a full range of sizes from 2/1 to 1/9. Perforated pans, pans with handles or lids can all be supplied. 

Racks to suit your exact production needs can be quoted for on request.
