Revent Model 638 Mini Oven   The Revent Model 638 Mini Oven provides superior baking and bake off for convenience stores, supermarkets and fast food operations. (See also our range of bake off ovens).

These electrical convection ovens provide a unique low velocity airflow for even bake without dehydration. A smart interior design and stainless steel construction enables easy cleaning. Lights in the oven door provide clear visibility. 8 tray capacity. (457mm x 660 mm trays).

Steaming system is included.

An 880 mm high stand is available as an option, or the oven may be placed above the Revent 640 Underbuilt Mini Prover. This prover has a 12 (2 x 6) tray capacity for 457mm x 660 mm trays. Temperature range is 20 - 45°. 80% controlled relative humidity.
