The Revent 603 Multi Rack Oven has all the standard Revent rack oven features (see main rack oven page for details).

Revent Rack Ovens are also suitable for food regeneration purposes.

Model 603 Bakery Ovens take up to 4 single racks 750 mm x 500mm.

The Revent heat exchanger features a tubular array for optimal thermal efficiency. Side mounted design affords easy access. Materials are matched to air temperature. 85% thermal efficiency gas.

A low ramp and platform height provide easy rack access and gentle handling of fragile products.

Available as electrical, gas (stack fan required) or oil powered.

Installation requirements: the oven must be installed on a level non-combustible floor. It may be installed flush against any wall - only the front and top need to be left open for access. The space above the bakery oven must be well ventilated and the temperature must not exceed 50°C in order to avoid damage to electrical components.
