The
4-30
Model Pizza Oven from Salva has
been especially developed for pizza
parlours, caterers, fast food shops,
bars, restaurants or for any food
outlet planning to add freshly baked
pizzas to its current output with
a minimal initial investment.
Although conceived as a pizza oven,
the Model 4-30 is also ideal for
roasting, baking off, regeneration
and various other catering applications. |

| With a deck
size of 65 x 65 x 65 cm, a composite
stone sole and a temperature range
of up to 400°C, the oven has the
capacity to bake up to four 12" pizzas
at a time. Very simple installation
and a small footprint allow this versatile
machine to start adding to your profits
from day one. The stylish and modern
design makes it ideal for any establishment
where the cooking area is visible to
customers. |

| The
unit's external housing is
made of stainless steel and
the door remains cold to the
touch while in operation. Optimum
heat is provided by three sheathed
elements in the deck roof and
another three in the floor.
The unit is light by a 12 v.
halogen lamp and the safety
thermostat is calibrated to
470°C. |
