  The extensive range of bakery prover, retarder, refrigeration and freezer cabinets and counters from Scobie & McIntosh (Bakery Engineers) Ltd offers great flexibility with units designed expressly for the bakery industry. 

Carefully controlled airflow and humidity ensure even dough development. Cabinets are available in single or two door models and all doors are self closing with 140° dwell and are fitted with easy to clean and replace magnetic balloon gaskets.

Where preparation space is at a premium the range of counter models is available.

18" x 30", 16" x 30" or European size 600 mm x 400 mm trays can be accommodated.
