Salva AR 22 Mobile Rack Prover
  The Salva AR 22 Mobile Rack Prover has been developed to provide flexible and improved proving of yeast based products in the bakery, confectionery and catering trades where only limited capacity is required.

Not only can the unit act as a prover but is ideal for defrosting and as a temporary storage cabinet for products that would lose their crispness through exposure to the open air.

Consisting of a steel frame mounted on four castors, the double paned glass door is hermetically sealed within an aluminium frame. 

The lower part of the prover consists of a leakproof tray in which there are housed the two elements, one for dry and one for humid heat, the latter obtained by adding water to the tray. These are governed by independent thermostats allowing accurate control of temperature and humidity.

As standard, units are supplied for 60 x 40 cm trays with a 22 tray capacity at a 6.8 cm pitch. However, extendable supports allow a maximum tray width of 48 cm and a tray depth of 78 cm.
