Economat SSO 615, 600 mm wide Model

Econom and Economat are dough sheeters/pastry brakes designed for the pastry production needs of hotels, restaurants and food service kitchens, but also for small to medium craft bakery operations. On both models, a new drive feature synchronises the drive relationship between infeed and discharge conveyors to provide perfect dough sheets.

The machines are exceedingly simple and safe to handle with button start and stopping achieved by lifting one of the safety guards.

Economat STM 513, 500 mm bench model. The most compact option.

A practical pistol grip allows the rollers to be adjusted quickly and easily. Precise settings are enabled by the accurate scaler. The final thickness stop ensures identical thickness for every product. For daily cleaning, the scrapers can be removed in a few seconds and when not in use, the conveyors can be raised, reducing the space taken up by the machine.

For a higher degree of control options (manual or computer automated) we also offer the Ecostar line.
